At our Business Development Centre (BDC) we assist individuals to plan and grow their businesses. We often begin by conducting a diagnostic review of your business and then develop a plan of action. Our process is participatory and we are keen to build the capacity of our clients whilst engaging in any consultancy assignment. Alternatively clients may choose to select any of the services offered through the BDC.
Policy Design & Research
The Centre for Policy Design and Research at DPM is dedicated to providing rigorous evaluations and diagnostic/research studies and training in an attempt to merge best practices with policy initiatives, such as, applying policy analysis in a social development context, for example national crime policy.
Project Management Office
The Project Management Office (PMO Suite) provides a complete range of project management services, including strategic planning, project plans, project staffing and project monitoring and evaluation/review. We also provide outsourcing services and preparation for various PMI exams.
